Job Description

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics. Candidate must have electrical and mechanical knowledge and have experience performing corrective and preventive maintenance. The successful candidate should be proficient in VFD Controlled systems, programmable controllers, motor controls and relay logic. Candidate must be capable of reading and troubleshoot using technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, organizational skills and mechanical background required. Three or more years experience in a maintenance/manufacturing position is a plus.
 

Job Requirements

The essential job and quality functions are as follows: 

• Troubleshoots all issues and repair injection and blow molders, fillers, labelers, case packers and all support equipment.Performs any necessary maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assists in machine performance analysis and reports information to shift supervisor.
• Performs maintenance-related duties during plant and/or machine shutdowns and startups.
• Assists in plant clean up.
• Maintains a safe facility/work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be flexible in shift and schedules, willing to work the on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
